Where It Began

A realisation that luxury deserves better

The Fixer Lab was born from a simple, stubborn belief: that the things we love — the sneakers that carry our milestones, the bag that has travelled life with us, the jacket that feels like a second skin — deserve more than being discarded when time leaves its marks.

We saw a gap. In Delhi NCR's growing luxury market, people were buying beautifully — but when their prized pieces began to show wear, they had nowhere to turn that truly understood what those items meant. Dry cleaners and cobblers treated luxury items like ordinary ones. Replacements felt like giving up.

So we built something different. A dedicated atelier where every piece is understood before it is touched, where materials are treated with the science they require and the respect they deserve, and where restoration is not just a service — it is a craft practised with patience and precision.

We named it The Fixer Lab. Not because fixing is simple, but because it requires the discipline of a laboratory and the care of an artisan — in equal measure.

Sagar

Master Colour Matching & Restoration Artist

With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a professional Bollywood makeup artist based in Mumbai, Sagar built his career mastering one of the most demanding creative disciplines in the world — colour.

An airbrush specialist by trade, he developed an exceptional understanding of colour theory, precision application, texture, finishes, and seamless colour matching. His work demanded perfection, where even the slightest variation could make a visible difference.

Alongside his creative career, he successfully operated a printing and innovative packaging business, sharpening an entrepreneurial mindset that continuously pushed him to identify gaps in the market and build meaningful solutions around them.

Luxury sneakers, designer handbags, fine leather goods, and craftsmanship had always been a personal fascination. After years of research, experimentation, and studying restoration techniques from around the world, he decided to pursue the passion that truly excited him — bringing together artistry, technical precision, colour expertise, and restoration craftsmanship to help luxury goods regain their beauty and character.

Fast fashion generates over 92 million tonnes of textile waste every year. The luxury industry, for all its craftsmanship, is not immune — when pieces are discarded instead of restored, even fine materials end up in landfills.

We use professional-grade Italian steam-cleaning systems that deeply cleanse while consuming a fraction of the water that traditional methods require. No soaking. No chemical baths. No degradation of the materials we are trying to save.

How The Fixer Lab came to be

The Beginning
A question we couldn't stop asking

Why did luxury items — built to last a lifetime — have nowhere to go when they needed care? We couldn't find a satisfying answer. So we decided to become one.

Research & Development
Learning the language of luxury materials

Before we took a single client, we spent months studying materials — full-grain leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, technical uppers, exotic skins. We sourced the best tools available, including Italian professional-grade steam systems.

First Restorations
From concept to craft

Our first clients brought us sneakers, bags, and jackets that others had turned away. We approached each one with the seriousness of a surgeon. The results — and the trust clients placed in us — made clear that this was needed.
